Faith Connections at Emmanuel Lutheran Church

Faith Connections is Emmanuel Lutheran’s mid-week ministry for children ages 3 years through 5th grade. It’s a place where kids grow in faith, build friendships, and learn how much Jesus loves them — through stories, songs, crafts, games, and caring leaders. Join us as we grow together in Christ through conversation, learning, and community.

Emmanuel Lutheran Faith Connections Calendar January-April 2026 

The family meal starts at 5:30. Class begins at 6:00 and ends at 7:00, and everyone is welcome to family worship at 7:00.

January 7 – Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00–7:00 (Pastor Ty with 3rd–5th grade)
January 14 – Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00–7:00
Sunday January 18 – Class 9:15–10:15 Invite Godparents to worship and class
January 21 – No Class
January 28 – Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00–7:00 

February 4 – Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00–7:00
February 11 – Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00-7:00
Sunday February 15 – Class 9:15–10:15
February 18 (Ash Wednesday) Meal at 5:30. Class 6:00–7:00

January/February

Wow, can you believe how fast the end of last year went? We are so blessed to have had so many children participate in our Christmas program! A huge thank-you to everyone who helped, participated, and came to support our kids in their faith journey. It was such a beautiful way to close out the year.

Now here we are—already a month into the new year—and Faith Connections is off to an amazing start! Our classrooms are filled with love, laughter, and learning as we continue to grow together in faith. February is shaping up to be another wonderful month, and we can’t wait to dive in.

February Schedule

  • Sunday, February 4 – Family Meal 5:30 p.m. | Class 6–7 p.m. | Family Worship 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 11 – Family Meal 5:30 p.m. | Class 6–7 p.m. | Family Worship 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 15 – Special Sunday-style Class!
    Join us for worship at 8:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m., and between services (9:15–10:15 a.m.) we’ll have a fun, faith-filled class that’s a little different from our Wednesday gatherings.
  • Sunday, February 18 – Family Meal 5:30 p.m. | Class 6–7 p.m. | Family Worship 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 25 – Family Meal 5:30 p.m. | Class 6–7 p.m. | Family Worship 7 p.m.

Note: On Wednesday, February 25, our class is for 3rd grade all the way to high schoolers only. If your child is in 2nd grade or younger, enjoy a night at home! If you have kids in both areas please talk to cassie and we can see what is best for your family.

I am so grateful for each of our families and the joy your children bring every week. It’s such a blessing to watch them grow in faith, friendship, and understanding of God’s love. I’m looking forward to another month full of connection, learning, and fun!
